Born in the time when gas cost a nickel, Loyde Rascoe (aka Floyd Rasc), started to make his way through this world. Completely unknown (besides to law enforcement) until his debut in the Fiero community in 1997, where Loyde bragged of owning more than 240 Fiero's! For the record the cost of 240 Fiero's is equivalent to the price of a large cheese pizza with two toppings and a cheesy bread side order. Using this to his advantage, Loyde took on many customers. These customers gave their cars, money, time, and parts to Loyde. After getting nothing in return the customers soon went to Loyde's House and demanded what was theirs. Many left unsatisfied. The details of which will be outlined here. After being caught, Loyde changed his name to "Floyd Rasc" and entered the BMW S1000RR community.
Loyde is nothing if not consistent. Using the underhanded tactics he developed in the Fiero Community, Loyde was soon developing his own "software" for the 2020 BMW S1000RR. Loyde claims he has developed a custom tune to relieve the issues of the dreaded "dead spot" in the throttle. WE WILL SAY THIS. His file does exactly that. It removes the dead spot. Where's the issue? He claims he has a custom tune for the bike but it isn't custom, it's a copy/paste Euro file. The European model S1000RR does not suffer from the US dead spot issue BUT it also isn't 100% throttle either. He also claims he has custom fueling but doesn't. This is seen on 650ib's video (YouTube) where his motorcycle almost dies at idle after the EXWerks Flash. If he was able to make a custom file himself, you wouldn't need a "servo buddy" for exhaust check engine lights. Other companies that flash the S1000RR do not require servo buddies because they can actually tune. Other companies also charge half the amount EXWerks does for a better tune.
Want the EXWerks Flash and want to head to the dealer ever? Don't bother. Your warranty will be instantly voided as soon as the dealer plugs the bike into "ISTA" (BMW diagnostic software). "EU Content" will be enabled and displayed. The dealer will be sitting there wondering how you did that. This goes for the 2020 S1000RR and the 10-19 S1000RR. We forgot to mention that Loyde also does bootleg RCK (BMW Race Calibration Kit) with copy/paste mapping. All will instantly show at the dealer and your warranty will be voided.
Floyd's only sales outlet, the S1000RRForum.com, has now permanently banned BMW_388 (Floyd the scam artist). Now he's going to have to go back to scamming people on Fiero's. You won't be missed, Floyd.
See the thread: CLICK HERE
Well it's 2023 and Floyd still can't tune a S1000RR properly. The new 2023 S1000RR models now have a top end restriction. You can see it loses 20WHP up top. The graph shows Floyd's tuning vs a competitor. Floyd's flash did remove the mid range restriction but he can't figure out the top end. His copy/paste EU tuning has it's limits.
Floyd's copy/paste days are numbered as BMW has now implemented a lock to their ECU's that make it impossible for Floyd to tune them. While his competitors can (real tuning knowledge), Floyd is now stuck trying to adapt older K67 ECU's to newer bikes. For now he's stuck in the mud, and with no real tuning knowledge, he's going to need someone to show him how to do it. But no one will as they would lose a competitive edge.
RIP XWorks / EXWerks
It looks like Floyd/Lloyd or whatever he wants to call himself has finally been banned by the administrators of the BMW S1000RR FORUM.
This banning comes as no surprise as Floyd was becoming more senile and hostile to forum members and other vendors. It seems anyone that disagreed with Floyd, or even questioned his work, was caught in his path of shameless kindergarten insults with zero proof or evidence to dispute what the member was questioning.
Floyd also constantly attacked one vendor in particular, BrenTuning. Even though BrenTuning provided proof of their accolades, Floyd would simply say he did it before anyone and that BrenTuning just lies. He never actually provided proof of any of his claims.. ever.
After all the misinformation, the administrators felt it was time for Floyd to be banned and he's now been removed from almost every social media outlet for the S1000RR. His poisonous "tuning" knowledge on the S1000RR forum has finally come to an end.
I guess it's back to selling his wife's purses and Fiero upgrades. Best of luck, you CUCK.
UPDATE: Thanks to his only supporter (BennyMX on S1000RR Forum) Floyd has one more chance to prove how stupid he is and we're sure he won't disappoint.

Floyd (aka Lloyd) goes by "BMW_388" on the BMW S1000RR forum and is generally a good source for toque specs or part numbers. This time he bit off a little more than he could chew.
In arguing with a competitor, Floyd revealed that his flashing "BMW Motorrad Certified". He says th
So what does Floyd do in the face of such a damning reality? Ignore LOL.
As you can see, there were quite a few people asking for him to provide any proof at all and he ignored every that asked.
People started to see a pattern in his circular and evasive answers.
As a last resort he did what any honorable person would have done when caught in a lie.. start insulting everyone LOL.
His desperate attempt to deflect the conversation only backfired on him. At that point a moderator locked the thread and started deleting off-topic banter.
Floyd once again faded into the shadows to help owners with caliper bolt torque specs and thread pitches to OEM bolts.

THE LYING DOESN'T STOP!
This time out in UAE part of the world, Loyde is seen doing a funny voice chat with potential customers lying why he can't use a programmable tuner (handheld).
The reason he can't use a programmable tuner to destroy your ecu to euro spec and force another VIN and mileage on it through the program area in the tune is because he isn't tuning your bike at all.
CLIFF NOTES:
-Let me ruin your bike
-You'll have the wrong mileage and VIN#
-That'll be $650
SUMMARY:
-I'll lie to anyone for a quick buck!
The ironic thing is these bikes in the UAE are already Euro spec throttle. So this customer would just get their ecu forced to another vin, mileage (and look stolen, swapped in the eyes of any dealer).
Keep in mind RED mileage on a 2020 is the same as blinking mileage. It is the same fault as mileage discrepancy in the earlier bikes where it blinks. This is a telltale sign of tampering to a dealership or a private buyer in the future.
Don't decrease the value of your bike with this hack. Just like we explained before, now straight from the conceptual horses mouth.
Now that a REAL shop has the ECU, it's time to see exactly what was done by EXWERKS (formally XWorks). So far from what we are seeing posted online, they have dyno tested this flash and compared it to a stock calibration. They have also checked the code to see the differences between EXWERKS and a stock file.
So what are the findings so far?
Concrete proof will be posted here soon but this is what we know for sure.
1. The file on 650ib's motorcycle from EXWERKS is EXACTLY the same as a European file. There are literally no changes from the European file and the EXWERKS file. This means when they claim custom fueling and timing, they're lying. When they say they can do a higher indicated speed on the speedo, they're lying. The only thing that is truthful about the flash is that it will eliminate the "dead spot" on the 2020. The reason for this is because the European file doesn't suffer from this issue. Only US spec bikes have this issue.
2. On the dyno the peak number is EXACTLY the same as a stock 2020 (peak numbers). This was also confirmed by 650ib's video after the EXWERKS flash (SEE VIDEO HERE). The only gain on the dyno is due to the "dead spot" being removed but this is only low to mid-range riding. No top end changes.
3. The code is EXACTLY the same as a EUROPEAN file but the checksum is different (to make it work with a different bike) and the checksum looks like it was done by an 9 year old Chinese kid.
4. Everyone would ask why you need a "servo buddy" for aftermarket exhausts with EXWERKS. The answer is simple. They can't eliminate the error code on the dash because it isn't part of the European file.
5. This also explains the rough idle from EXWERKS bikes. It has stock fueling which is around 17-18 AFR (air/fuel ratio) and is extremely lean. This is why the bike sounds like it will die and lean pops out the intake on a regular basis.
MORE UPDATES COMING
After XWorks (ExWerks) Tries to bash BrenTuning over and over, Bren (owner of BrenTuning Steps in to lay down some facts WITH VIDEO PROOF. To see what led to this view the photo gallery below this post.
This is the post:
"Dear Floyd,
Brendan here (Owner of BrenTuning). I rarely post because I would rather give my full attention to support our large S1000 customer base and innovate new products and solutions for the community. I hate to have to even spend a minute doing this but enough is enough.
I will keep this non-personal and factual.
I spoke with you many months ago on the phone and asked you politely like a gentleman to keep your digs at us offline and off the phone and you continue to do it. You stated RCK coding jobs weren’t going hot and you were going to offer a euro flash for the 2020. This confused the people here (amongst shops you sold it too) into thinking it was actual tuning, when it was not. You however ran with it, and doubled down. I could care less as long as you didn’t bring our name until it and acted professional. You, however, chose the latter.
I figured it would stop when you knew the 650IB/Motomillion S1000RR came to us for “re-tuning” and I got to read what you did (and didn’t do) to the ECU. I parked this information, but you can’t help yourself by talking about us constantly and getting into any thread we’re in, so I will no longer sit on this information.
You state the 2020 BMW flash is a ‘special’ tune, utilizing code, and has certain features and abilities that it does not and anyone can test it themselves with the information I give them below. My findings is it does not and it’s exactly what I thought it was ahead of time. I was able to test all of this when 650IB’s bike came to me to be done. I connected the bike to ISTA, read out all parts of the ECU, and placed the bike on the dyno to look at air fuel, power/torque, features you state happen (intake flap open, 193+mph speedo).
What I found wasn’t surprising. None of that was there. There is a reason you need a servo buddy with this map, and you have no features, as it’s all stock European bike programming on the tuning side that controls the engine.
It was just a USA bike coded to EU content, aka European software version. No USA bike came with 5F170C000A. No tuned bike needs to be updated to this software version to fix the throttle restriction, period. This is an uneducated way of “upgrading” a bike to EU, to fix the throttle. The only reason you would do this is that it’s all you know how to do, coding. Not tuning. Call it what it is. You didn’t tune prior to the 2020, and you don’t now. I have been tuning these bikes since 2012, I don’t need your eeprom coding.
What you have done is loaded the eeprom with activations such as “EU content” and support of series launch pre series, endurance trail, and authority special parts. There were no changes made to anything on the 4.0MB side for tuning that you stated it did.
There are no power adjustments, air fuel adjustments, cold start adjustments, cluster adjustments, intake flap adjustments, race ECU adjustments found in the race ECU amongst many of the other fibs you thought on this forum. I put 650Ib’s ECU in our shop bike and tested on our dyno and recorded a fat 188WHP on 93, just like the other factory bikes we have here.
To those who are reading, these coding items to European spec however, do nothing other then remove the throttle limiter, code the software to software version 5F170C000A (European bikes, de-restricted throttle).
Quite simply if you “tuned” a 2020 S1000RR built outside of USA and Canada, the customers bike would be 100% the same it left the dealership with. This isn’t tuning. If you can tune a bike you can turn off the exhaust servo for crying out loud or set the fan temp. And no those items aren’t in Race2000 or ECM (tuning suites) either if you make the purchase one day.
But you can’t.
Hopefully since the days of 650IB ECU, you have learned more or purchased actual tuning equipment. But until then, you de-frauded the whole community here with a mis-marketed product. But a lot of people are riding around on false promises right now (motomillion sold like 2 of your “flashes”).
Anyone can search your posts and see how you state it does all of that and it doesn’t.
So I waited for this day, I videotaped all of the discovery I had with 650IB’s bike, and videoed what it did and didn’t do. I can go much much deeper here, but I would rather not.
Anyone who disputes this blindly, I welcome you to a host of videos posted below and graphs. The descriptions in the videos will explain what you are looking at. A tell tale sign of European coding distinctly has different switches activated on the ECU side that show up in the cluster. The check engine light stays on after start up.
What each video offers here:
Reading 650IB’s ECU to see it was 100% EUROPEAN SOFTWARE. Video here shows all European coding and software / hardware versions, being directly read out of the 650ib ecu live. Numbers below match only bikes built de-restricted in European.
Compared XWORKS “tuned” ECU to a stock European file we tuned that day, it was 100% stock other then a checksum correction. ExWerks - A customer from Austrailia conveniently with the same software version as ExWorks! So we overlaid 650ib / exwerks flash on top of the factory Australia file. All the changes in red and yellow.
Showing XWORKS tuned ECU has the telltale European check engine light start up.
Showing XWORKS ISTA start up report with EU coding placed into it. Coding of the factory US bike is done with eeprom changes activating EU content (European files) amongst other useless coding done below. Dealerships won’t like see this when considering your warranty..
Utilizing 650IB’s key cluster and ECU showing on the dyno the mph does not go over 192MPH, nor does it open the airbox flaps at 6k. This video demonstrates the lack of 192mph speedo removal, as touted as a "feature" in the xworks flash with 650ibs setup. The bike has a 43T sprocket and goes 212 on gps.
Showing the dyno sheet of the XWORKS ECU producing stock power and stock air fuel ratios vs. his BrenTuning flash same day. Video compares a same day dyno test in 650ib XWorks (ExWerks) ecu on pump gas. XWorks ecu makes 188whp (factory power on this dyno), brentuning map makes 197, then 200whp after //M+ BrenTuning Flash.
So now that this unfortunate drama is solved and out of the way, I suggest we go back to the original “don’t talk about me and I won’t talk about you” gentleman's agreement we had on the phone. Because there are many more skeletons in the closet and I’d rather just help people enjoy racing their S1000RRs and go fast."
ExWorks started replying to a thread on the S1000RR forum. The opening post was asking what the best route for flashing was for the new 2020 BMW S1000RR. People started talking companies like BrenTuning and ExWerks (XWorks) were brought up. No one questioned that BrenTuning worked but people started to say that ExWerks was not proven and that it was a copy/paste Euro file (it is).
You can see
ExWerks started to get slammed about his customer service, no data to back up his claims and short temper. This is when ExWerks (XWorks) lashed out at BrenTuning for being the better option.
Keep in mind that BrenTuning did not provoke this in any way, shape or form leading up to this post.
He now claims BrenTuning is trying to steal his code.. why would they try to steal a stock file??
Another member asked point-blank, why does the ExWerks flash need a servo buddy for aftermarket exhaust when BrenTuning doesn't. This was his beat around the bush answer that continued into slamming people personally that were not involved in the conversation to this point.
This is where Bren (owner of BrenTuning) stepped in to silence ExWerks once and for all and prove that his flash is simply a copy/paste Euro file from any stock bike.
Not a BMW race file like ExWerks Claims.
So what does this all mean? Basically that ExWerks (XWorks) is a complete fraud and is only doing copy/paste euro files for $700. To give you a comparison, BrenTuning offers the same service for $350 AND you don't need a servo buddy if you get exhaust. So you actually get more features for half the price.
So why would anyone go to this fraud? Good question.
650ib is impressed with BrenTuning and their fix for the cold start issue that XWORKS (EXWERKS) could not fix. This is because XWORKS does not touch any of the fueling or ignition mapping. They only thing they do is change the mapping to a stock Euro spec S1000RR. This eliminates the "dead spot" found in US models but doesn't do anything else XWORKS claims it does.
You can hear the EXWerks cold start struggling to stay on. This is because the factory fueling is so lean vs an actual custom tune. The fueling tables on the EXWerks flash are 100% stock. Though they claim custom fueling, you can clearly see here the bike trying its best to stay on. For those that don't know, the 2020 S1000RR pretty much does this stock but once the exhaust valves are removed and full exhaust is installed, it's really accentuated.
First he's saying this is the ONLY bike having this issue then goes on to speculate that this isn't a result of software or tuning, but rather oil getting sucked into the engine. Let's break this down properly.
SO WHY WOULD HE MAKE THIS UP?
Simple, EXWERKS claims to have access to the idle fueling tables buuuuuuuut they really don't. It's easier to find a scapegoat than actually put any work into your tuning. EXWERKS main competition somehow manages to fix this issue on all bikes and now make excuses for it. They also confirm the issue is not oil but it's idle fueling.
You can read above where XWORKS (EXWERKS) said the issue was initially hardware because 650ib's motorcycle ran horribly after their flash. When the flash changed to BrenTuning, it was suddenly fixed (see below).
You can see in the post that BMW_388 (owner of XWORKS 'EXWERKS') said that hardware was attacked initially as the cause.. as far as we know he was the only one championing that point of view with his guessing game mechanical knowledge. Anyone that has a datalogger and logs the cold start fueling and ignition can see what the issue is.. and it isn't mechanical like he originally stated.
He also says only US bikes are effected by this.. another lie. This cold start strategy is found in US and Euro spec models. He also claims only 100 bikes are effected. Seeing as he can't even provide data from his own motorcycle, I'll take it he doesn't have data on every K67 S1000RR in the world.

This is because Floyd (Lloyd) isn't exactly a website expert. His website that has a ripped off logo from BMW is about as cheesy as it is false. We'll be posting more about his bullshit soon.
