Why Was This Website Created?

This site is created to warn those who want to do business with known fraud Floyd Rasc, AKA Loyde Rascoe, aka Floyd Pascoo on facebook also know as BMW_388 on the BMW S1000RR Forum, XProject88 / bmwhp_388 on eBay, and EXWERKS or XWORKS BMW flashing. What we are going to show here is a history of scamming. His previous business caused people to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars and his web of lies leading and replicating itself into his new BMW business.

The XWORKS, now "EXWErks" Story

Accomplishments Over the Years

The known Fiero con artist is back and trying to scam S1000RR owners.  Born in the time when gas cost a nickel, Loyde Rascoe (aka Floyd Rasc), started to make his way through this world.  Completely unknown (besides to law enforcement) until his debut in the Fiero community in 1997, where Loyde bragged of owning more than 240 Fiero's!  For the record the cost of 240 Fiero's is equivalent to the price of a large cheese pizza with two toppings and a cheesy bread side order.  Using this to his advantage, Loyde took on many customers.  These customers gave their cars, money, time, and parts to Loyde.  After getting nothing in return the customers soon went to Loyde's House and demanded what was theirs.  Many left unsatisfied.  The details of which will be outlined here.  After being caught, Loyde changed his name to "Floyd Rasc" and entered the BMW S1000RR community.

Committed to Consistency in Lying

Loyde is nothing if not consistent.  Using the underhanded tactics he developed in the Fiero Community, Loyde was soon developing his own "software" for the 2020 BMW S1000RR.  Loyde claims he has developed a custom tune to relieve the issues of the dreaded "dead spot" in the throttle.  WE WILL SAY THIS. His file does exactly that.  It removes the dead spot.  Where's the issue?  He claims he has a custom tune for the bike but it isn't custom, it's a copy/paste Euro file.  The European model S1000RR does not suffer from the US dead spot issue BUT it also isn't 100% throttle either.  He also claims he has custom fueling but doesn't.  This is seen on 650ib's video (YouTube) where his motorcycle almost dies at idle after the EXWerks Flash.  If he was able to make a custom file himself, you wouldn't need a "servo buddy" for exhaust check engine lights.  Other companies that flash the S1000RR do not require servo buddies because they can actually tune.   Other companies also charge half the amount EXWerks does for a better tune.

100% Dissatisfaction Guaranteed

Want the EXWerks Flash and want to head to the dealer ever?  Don't bother.  Your warranty will be instantly voided as soon as the dealer plugs the bike into "ISTA" (BMW diagnostic software). "EU Content" will be enabled and displayed. The dealer will be sitting there wondering how you did that. This goes for the 2020 S1000RR and the 10-19 S1000RR.  We forgot to mention that Loyde also does bootleg RCK (BMW Race Calibration Kit) with copy/paste mapping.  All will instantly show at the dealer and your warranty will be voided.
